Can I cancel my service at anytime?

Can I cancel my service at anytime?

Absolutely. Honestally customers stay because they want to, not because they have to!
  1. If you are transferring your Honestally number to a different provider:
Contact your new carrier to arrange the transfer. Your new provider will then touch base with us to organise the transfer and cancellation of your service.

  2. If you are not transferring your Honestally number:
Please contact us. Just a heads up that you would lose your Honestally mobile number, along with any unused credit and/or data as well as any saved voicemails. If you want to use Honestally again in the future, you would need to sign-up from scratch.
